I have experienced excellent dental care from them and am so pleased that I found this office, their work has been exceptional. The entire staff is friendly, professional, and highly knowledgeable. Makda is as well an enormous asset to the patient experience. She is so positive, warm and caring. I am grateful for her encouraging, kind and cheerful demeanor when I am receiving services. She is the most supportive and hands on assistant I have ever known and believe me I have been in quite a few dental practices; by far the level of expertise at Cham Dental is the very best.

I received a confirmation call for an appointment for one of my boys on 10/24/2025. I asked if I could bring my other son that I had cancelled the appointment for and did not reschedule. I was told it was fine to bring him as well. The appointment was scheduled for 10/28 at 4:00 pm. I was running really late due to traffic rain and waiting for Lyft. I didn't make it there until 4:20 ish. Not only did they wait for us but they still took care of both of my boys. I was so appreciative. Everyone was still very kind and Dr. Fadi was still very caring with my youngest son.

This is my second visit at Cham Dental and I have had a great experience. Receptionist was nice and helpful and the dental assistants were really nice.
