I received a confirmation call for an appointment for one of my boys on 10/24/2025. I asked if I could bring my other son that I had cancelled the appointment for and did not reschedule. I was told it was fine to bring him as well. The appointment was scheduled for 10/28 at 4:00 pm. I was running really late due to traffic rain and waiting for Lyft. I didn't make it there until 4:20 ish. Not only did they wait for us but they still took care of both of my boys. I was so appreciative. Everyone was still very kind and Dr. Fadi was still very caring with my youngest son.
